ITA warrants that its ink and toner products are free from defects and are fit for the purpose intended. Any product found to have defects in material or workmanship will be replaced free of charge, covering all parts and labour. Warranties are limited to the replacement of the product and/or repair of product only.
Printer Warranty
ITA warrants that in the event, that a printer is damaged directly and solely, by a manufacturing defect of an ITA product, then ITA will agree to cover the relevant costs of the repair including parts and labour. This printer repair warranty is conditional upon provision to ITA of a written service report and quote prior to the repair. The report is to state that the damage was caused solely by a manufacturing defect in the ITA product and the return of the specific product that caused the damage to ITA for assessment purposes.
