Ensuring the Imagejet
ink and toner cartridges have been repeatedly tested for page yields,
print quality, print density physical damage, and measure the general performance of the
toner cartridge during its full

ITA is also a member of the industry association being ACRA “Australasian Cartridge Remanufacturers Association” ensuring standards and business ethics are met.
ITA warrants that its
ink and toner products are free from defects and are fit for the purpose intended. Any product found to have defects in material or workmanship will be replaced free of charge, covering all parts and labour. Warranties are limited to the replacement of the product and/or repair of product only.
Printer Warranty
ITA warrants that in the event, that a printer is damaged directly and solely, by a manufacturing defect of an ITA product, then ITA will agree to cover the relevant costs of the repair including parts and labour. This
printer repair warranty is conditional upon provision to ITA of a written service report and quote prior to the repair. The report is to state that the damage was caused solely by a manufacturing defect in the ITA product and the return of the specific product that caused the damage to ITA for assessment purposes.

ITA works in accordance with ISO-1400 & ISO-9000 environmental management standards through the company’s general environmental policies, systems and in conjunction with the Corporate Recycling 5 Star accreditation. This environmental focus combined with the recycling procedures sees ITA with the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly workplace.
ITA being a re-manufacturer of toner cartridges uses the plastic casings of the empty cartridges in our manufacturing process. So unlike many other cartridge collection programs where the cartridges are collected and granulated and turned into other products automatically, ITA’s are reused firstly before being recycled into other products. This reuse and then recycle system saves on many thousands of plastic casings having to be manufactured and therefore saves on fossil fuels (typically 3 litres of oil per cartridge) being used in this process.
ITA has also initiated a recycling program in conjunction with an international renowned charity founded by Steve Irwin being Wildlife Warriors. The ‘Recycle for Wildlife’ program is a completely free service, where ITA collect empty cartridges through collection boxes and donate valuable funds to Wildlife Warriors which are primarily used for their Wildlife Hospital Project. The program not only helps the environment by keeping unwanted plastics out of landfill, it also helps protect our native wildlife. ITA typically carries completed stock and/or raw materials to cater for two months of orders in advance and has the capabilities to increase stock output if so required. All products are labeled with a manufacturing date and offer a shelf life of twelve months. We also have a strong strategic partnership with our logistics provider enabling us to guarantee delivery within 24 hours to anywhere in Australia and we are also able to electronically track the shipment from dispatch to delivery and can supply “Proof of Delivery” if required.
ITA has a dedicated customer service department whose sole responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction. Not only do they address incoming issues and process orders, they also make contact with all customer sites periodically, ensuring continuous satisfaction and improvement. This customer service strategy and ethos has allowed ITA to maintain strong business relationships with large national accounts over many years.
Internal guide lines and parameters are set within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
