Quality Testing Standard recognised for another 3 years! ITA has again been successful in completing all the required components in the toner cartridge test methods according to STMC guidelines. The recognition of this stringent testing method sees ITA with continued accreditation until September 2013. ITA is one of only a limited number of cartridge manufacturers’s worldwide recognised with this highly regarded and independent testing standard. | ||||

ITA is pleased to announce that the recent renewal of the company’s Quality Assurance certification is to the newest standard being ISO9001:2008. 
ITA has recently designed and implemented several new electronic e-Procurement systems specifically designed to meet the client’s exact requirements. These ordering systems were created and implemented by the company’s design division ITA Media who specialise in e-Procurement solutions. While ITA Media has created online ordering solutions in the past the latest systems were created for the Queensland State Government and a large national corporate client. This has enabled ITA to now offer a more comprehensive and enhanced range of electronic online ordering systems.
Imaging Technology has now updated the popular Customer Rewards Program to include a wider range of rewards that can be claimed by our customers when purchasing our ink and toner cartridges. The Customer Rewards Program was launched in September 2005 as way for ITA to reward customers who continue to support the company and its products.
The industry leaders now have the resources, technology, equipment and experience to produce ink and cartridges that at a minimum meet the OEMs "Original Equipment Manufacturers" specifications and standards.
