Electronic Ordering

Toner Cartridges, Toner Ink Cartridge, Recycle, Recycling, Inkjet, ManufacturerITA has recently designed and implemented several new electronic e-Procurement systems specifically designed to meet the client’s exact requirements. These ordering systems were created and implemented by the company’s design division ITA Media who specialise in e-Procurement solutions. While ITA Media has created online ordering solutions in the past the latest systems were created for the Queensland State Government and a large national corporate client. This has enabled ITA to now offer a more comprehensive and enhanced range of electronic online ordering systems.

Previously the systems included your typical functions such as product searches, tailored catalogues, password security, recent purchases and order confirmation etc. The newly created solutions required additional functionality such as electronic confirmation for all levels of the ordering process including receipting of the goods when delivered. Also varying approval levels so that an order cannot be processed unless approved, specific reporting access by the System Administrators and an interfaced billing function. One of the systems was also integrated into the client’s current SAP system”.
